DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
The agreement behind your direct booking.
This agreement puts in writing the rules for a direct booking made through the site’s booking page, by phone, on WhatsApp or by email: who the parties are, what you pay and for what, what happens if you cancel, and where to turn in a dispute. There is no separate non-refundable or discounted rate; the rules are the same for every direct booking.

Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is accommodation at Deniz Kızı Urla on the dates you choose when booking.
The room type, arrival and departure dates and number of guests are the details shown or given to you when you book.
This agreement is a distance contract within the meaning of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts.
Price and payment
The price is the total amount, including all taxes, shown or quoted to you when you book.
The full amount is paid in advance. When you pay by card, the amount is taken at the time of booking; bank transfer (havale/EFT) is also an accepted payment method.
For online bookings, payment is taken by credit or debit card on the booking page the site directs you to, and is confirmed with 3D Secure verification by the bank that issued your card.
Check-in and check-out
The accommodation is provided at Deniz Kızı Urla on the dates stated in your booking.
Check-in time: 14:00 · Check-out time: 12:00
Cancellation, date changes and refunds
Cancellations and date changes are made by phone only: +90 232 752 23 23. A cancellation takes effect at the moment of the phone call.
There is no separate non-refundable or discounted rate; the same rules apply to every direct booking:
- Free cancellation — If you cancel before 14:00 on the day before arrival (24 hours before check-in time), the full amount you paid is refunded.
- Late cancellation or no-show — If you cancel after that, or do not arrive on your arrival day, the first night is charged and the remaining nights are refunded.
- Early departure — If you leave earlier than planned, one night is charged and the remaining nights are refunded.
- Date change — Within the free cancellation period you can change your dates free of charge, subject to availability.
- Refund — If you paid by card, the refund goes to the same card; if you paid by bank transfer (havale or EFT), it goes to the account the payment came from. Refunds are initiated within 14 days of cancellation; how long the amount takes to reach your card or account depends on your bank.
Right of withdrawal
Accommodation is a service provided on specific dates, so the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to these bookings (Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 15/1-g). The Cancellation & Refund Policy applies instead.
Booking routes
This text applies to all direct bookings: through the site’s booking page, by phone, on WhatsApp and by email. Whichever route you choose, the seller and the terms are the same.
Online bookings are currently made through the booking page the site directs you to; that page runs on ElektraWeb’s infrastructure.
Bookings made through intermediary sites such as Booking.com are not covered by this text; the intermediary site’s own terms apply to them.
Complaints and disputes
You can send us a complaint by phone (+90 232 752 23 23) or by email (info@denizkiziotel.com.tr).
If a dispute cannot be resolved: for disputes below the monetary limit set by law, applying to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) is mandatory; the limit is updated at the start of each year. Disputes above the limit are heard by the consumer courts, and applying to a mediator before filing a lawsuit is a precondition (Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, art. 68 and 73/A).
This text is published in Turkish, English and German; if the versions differ, the Turkish text prevails.
Entry into force
This agreement takes effect the moment your booking is completed.
The information in the Pre-Contract Information is an integral part of this agreement and cannot be changed unless the parties expressly agree otherwise (Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts, art. 5/2).
